Privacy Policy
Spectral Intent, a publisher and (soon) store, cares about you as a customer and your personal integrity. On this page you can read about our privacy policy and how we handle personal data according to the Personal Data Act, which is based on the EU rules for data protection (GDPR) applicable from 25 May 2018. The Personal Data Act covers all types of information about personal data that can be directly and indirectly attributed to a natural person.
Personal data that Spectral Intent may have about you as a customer:
- Name and, if applicable, title
- Contact
- • Social security number (if you, for example, have a sole proprietorship or have identified yourself when buying/handing out goods)
- • Password (in cases where you or your company has an account with us where you have login as a user or administrator)
We do not normally handle so-called sensitive personal data.
How and why we use all or part of your data:
To manage a customer project, whether it concerns a private individual or an organization (from an initial inquiry to quotation, order, purchase, delivery, and invoicing), essential information about the client and the contact persons involved is registered in our business system. This information is deleted after 7 years. Our internal system stores your name, title, and contact details (phone number and email address). Spectral Intent and its sales and finance staff have access to the customer register in the ERP system. Email addresses are saved in our register for newsletters and other information. This register is updated before each mailing. You can very easily unsubscribe by contacting us. Spectral Intent does not share any personal data with third parties, except where a subcontractor and freight forwarder must fulfill a specific order or delivery. We save personal data about you as a customer for as long as there is a customer relationship and as long as it is necessary for archiving purposes and to fulfill the accounting obligation under the Accounting Act (i.e. the Swedish equivalent; Bokföringslagen).
Agreements, etc. Registration and processing of personal data related to different types of contracts (but only the data needed for the performance of the contract). Examples of agreements are customer agreements and supplier agreements.
Om Spectral Intent’s website For your peace of mind, our website is a so-called secure website with SLL certificates and 2096-bit encryption (https), so that orders, logins, and forms can be used securely.
